Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you order a custom item it may be made to order. Though we will ship your item as soon as possible please allow a 3 to 5 business day processing timeframe. In addition, items may be slightly different than pictured due to the item being a customized item.
