Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We will ensure every effort to process your order but can not guarantee window or receipt as postal service problems are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimate

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $3.99 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the United States for basic ground transportation through USPS. 

Free shipping is gifted to all orders over $50.00

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50.00 within the Atlanta Metro Area. For orders under $50.00, there is a delivery fee of $50.00.

Deliveries are made Saturdays and Sundays 7am-8:00pm. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 

International Shipping

At this time we do not offer international

shipping. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within days 10 of receiving your shipping confirmation email please contact the carrier for assistance.
